Aim
Efter avslutad kurs ska deltagaren kunna
- redogöra för det övergripande organisationen kring handledaruppdraget,
- redogöra för hur PBL kan tillämpas i handledning,
- beskriva och analysera olika handledningssituaitoner,
- beskriva bedömningsprocessen och reflektera över sin handledarroll.
Content
I kursen behandlas
- aktuell organisation, aktuellt regelverk och aktuella styrdokument
- teori om problembaserat lärande (PBL), handlednings- och bedömningsprocesser,
- olika modeller för handledning och reflektion
- yrkesspecifika professionsprocesser
- bedömningskriterier och återkoppling som grund för utveckling av yrkeskunnande
- etiskt förhållningssätt i handledningssituationen.
