About the course
Aim
The course aims to provide knowledge and skills in techniques and methods for structured modeling, specifying and analyzing properties of interactive user interfaces, as well as tools and methods to ensure that properties related to user experience (UX) are considered, implemented and preserved during a design process. After completing the course, the student should be able to:
- Use structured methods, techniques and activities in design processes to specify, analyze, design and evaluate user experience (UX) in interactive user interfaces.
- Explain and argue for and reflect on the use of structured methods, techniques, activities and design processes in the design of interactive user interfaces.
- Use and reflect on the use of generative AI in interactive user interfaces and as part of processes in the design of interactive user interfaces.
Content
Structured methods, techniques and processes in human-computer interaction and UX design. From vision and concept to prototyping, evaluation and further development. Prototyping tools. Generative AI.
