About the course
Aim
Efter avslutad kurs skall den studerande kunna
- identifiera ett område för ett utvecklingsarbete i fritidshem
- självständigt planera och genomföra ett utvecklingsarbete i fritidshem
- motivera val av metod för utvecklingsarbete
- redovisa ett genomfört utvecklingsarbete muntligt och skriftligt.
Content
Kursen fokuserar på att studenten skall identifiera ett utvecklingsområde och genomföra ett utvecklingsarbete i en fritidspedagogisk praktik. Studenten väljer själv ett område genom att identifiera ett utvecklingsbehov. I relation till utvecklingsarbetet planerar studenten hur detta ska genomföras och motiverar sitt val av metod. I sitt genomförande ska studenten reflektera över sitt eget agerade och agera utifrån ett etiskt förhållningssätt. Resultatet av utvecklingsarbetet presenteras muntligt och skriftligt.
