About the course
Aim
Efter avslutad kurs skall den studerande kunna
- planera undervisning i modersmål utifrån forskning om flerspråkig utveckling
- argumentera för didaktiska val utifrån språklig variation, identitet och språkanvändning
- analysera och bedöma språkutveckling på modersmålet
- reflektera över hur multimodala resurser kan användas som didaktiska verktyg i modersmålsundervisning.
Content
Kursen innehåller teoretiska och praktiska moment relaterat till forskning om språkdidaktik och språkutveckling. Modersmålsundervisningens utmaningar utifrån elevers språkliga variation och språkkunskaper diskuteras. Dessutom behandlas didaktik, inklusive användning av multimodala resurser, för undervisning av elever med olika språk- och skolbakgrund. Kursen fokuserar särskilt på modersmålsundervisning, men moment för studiehandledning på modersmålet förekommer.
