About the course
Aim
Efter avslutad kurs ska den studerande på en avancerad nivå kunna:
- tillämpa och kritiskt granska teorier om och strategier för ledarskap och organisering av socialt förändringsarbete
- leda och organisera förändringsarbeten inom socialt arbete som process från problemformulering till utvärdering
- värdera olika sätt att leda och organisera socialt förändringsarbete ur brukar-, professions-, organisations- och samhällsperspektiv
- kritiskt granska ledarskap och organisering av förändringsprocesser i relation till perspektiv på social utsatthet, makt och etik
Content
I kursen behandlas teoretiska perspektiv på ledarskap och organisering av socialt förändringsarbete. I kursen ingår praktisk träning i strategier för att leda och organisera förändringsarbete från problemformulering till utvärdering i möten med verksamheter inom det sociala arbetets verksamheter. Vidare värderas olika sätt att leda och organisera socialt förändringsarbete i relation till det sociala arbetets olika aktörer såsom professionella, brukare och intresseorganisationer och i relation till olika perspektiv på social utsatthet och social förändring. Kursen innehåller även moment av att granska befintliga och avslutade förändringsarbeten.
