About the course
Aim
The course is a project-based course where the participant is part of a project group. The project group is tasked with implementing a specified function in an embedded system using assembly programming, along with input and output devices. Initial labs provide necessary skills in serial communication on the system. The course practices the ability to work in a group and also provides training in using datasheets and other technical documentation. A final report (in Swedish) is required to document the project from requirements specification to results.
Upon completion of the course, the student should be able to:
- Collaborate and contribute to the work in a project group
- Develop functional program code for an embedded system
- Present project results in writing and orally
