About the course
Aim
After the course the student should be able to
- explain important concepts and methods in project management and project organization, as well as essential knowledge and competencies of project managers.
- explain the connection between the project managers’, the project members’ and other key stakeholders’ roles in industrial projects
- explain the importance of suitable project models
- explain consequences of different project management styles
- plan, monitor and report a project.
