About the course
Aim
Efter kursen ska studenten kunna:
- välja och motivera lämplig projektmodell och metod utifrån ett projekts förutsättningar,
- visa en förståelse för hur individers kompetens, gruppdynamik och olika projektledningsstilar påverkar resultatet i ett projekt,
- tillämpa modeller och teorier om organisation, ledning och styrning av olika projekt.
Content
Fokus ligger på olika projektmetoder och typer av projekt, projektplanering och projektstyrning samt projektledarens roll.
