About the course
Aim
Efter avslutad kurs ska den studerande kunna
- föra fördjupade resonemang om multimodal och socialsemiotisk teoribildning och dess användning inom svenskämnesdidaktisk forskning och undervisning
- analysera och problematisera olika former av populärkultur utifrån olika teoretiska perspektiv
- diskutera och problematisera begreppet populärkultur och dess relation till undervisning i svenskämnet
- reflektera över olika texttypers betydelse och plats i svenskämnet utifrån ett samtida och historiskt perspektiv
- kritiskt granska språk- och litteraturdidaktiska teorier i förhållande till svenskämnets praktik
- problematisera omsättningen av teori till praktik i relation till elevers lärande
- jämföra olika teorier och metoder för svenskämnesdidaktisk forskning i relation till språk- och litteraturvetenskap, språkvetenskaplig och litteraturvetenskaplig forskning.
Content
I kursen jämförs och granskas vedertagna analysmetoder och teorier för svenskämnesdidaktisk, språkvetenskaplig och litteraturvetenskaplig forskning. Synen på kunskap och lärande i ämnet svenska diskuteras och problematiseras i relation till praktikens utmaningar utifrån aktuell språk- och litteraturdidaktisk forskning av relevans för svenskämnet. I kursen analyseras texter av olika slag, företrädesvis från det populärkulturella området utifrån multimodala och socialsemiotiska perspektiv. Omsättning av svenskämnesdidaktiska teorier till praktik problematiseras, liksom olika texttypers plats i det moderna svenskämnet i relation till aktuell svenskämnesdidaktisk forskning. Formalia, språk och akribi för akademiska vetenskapliga sammanhang på avancerad nivå problematiseras, diskuteras och tillämpas.
