About the course
Aim
Efter avslutad kurs skall den studerande kunna
- beskriva och jämföra olika teorier, begrepp och perspektiv för utveckling och utvärdering av fritidshem och skola
- använda begrepp och teorier från forskning och aktuella styrdokument för att analysera och kritiskt granska skolutvecklings- och utvärderingsprojekt
- problematisera skolutveckling och utvärdering på mikro- och makronivå och dra slutsatser för den egna professionen
- planera och utforma ett skolutvecklingsprojekt med relevans för fritidshemmet.
Content
Kursen omfattar tre områden: skolutveckling, utvärdering och metod för kvalitetsarbete. Såväl nationella som internationella modeller för skolutveckling samt utvärdering behandlas. I kursen skapas förståelse för kvalitativa och kvantitativa datainsamlingsmetoder. Studenten ska genom granskning av befintliga skolutvecklings- och utvärderingsprojekt få teoretisk förståelse för och metodologisk kunskap om utveckling av skola och fritidshem. Studenterna skapar egna utvecklingsprojekt med förankring i dessa perspektiv. Genom diskussion av utvecklingsprojekten belyses och problematiseras möjligheter till kvalitetsarbete i fritidshem.
