About the course
Aim
Efter avslutad kurs ska den studerande kunna:
- identifiera ekonomiska familjerättsliga situationer
- tillämpa regelverket inom ekonomisk familjerätt
- beräkna ekonomiskt utfall av olika ekonomiska familjerättsliga situationer
Content
Kursen inleds med en allmän överblick över rättssystemets uppbyggnad. Därefter behandlas de ekonomiskt inriktade delarna av äktenskapsrätten, föräldrarätten och arvsrätten, d.v.s. rättsreglerna om makars, sambors och underårigas ekonomiska förhållanden under och efter olika samlevnadsförhållanden samt vid dödsfall. De till den ekonomiska familjerätten hörande lagvalsreglerna inom den internationella privaträtten behandlas översiktligt.
