About the course
Aim
Efter avslutad kurs ska den studerande kunna
- redogöra för olika former av organisering inom arbetslivet, i synnerhet projektorganisering
- redogöra för och använda olika metoder för förändringsarbete, i synnerhet utvärderingsmetoder
- kritiskt reflektera kring användningen av olika former av organisering och utvärderingsmetoder
- kritiskt reflektera kring betydelsen av normer och identitet i relation till organisering av arbete
Content
Inom kursen introduceras olika former av organisering inom arbetslivet i både historiskt och samtida perspektiv. Särskilt fokus ges på projektorganisering. Inom detta område studeras såväl offentlig som privat och ideell sektor. I kursen diskuteras olika metoder för förändringsarbete och utvärdering. Såväl kvantitativa som kvalitativa metoder belyses. I kursen behandlas hur identitet och normer kan förstås i relation till organisering av arbete. I kursen läggs stort vikt vid praktisk tillämpning såväl som kritiskt reflektion kring organisering och utvärdering.
