About the course
Aim
Efter avslutad kurs ska den studerande kunna:
- redogöra för företagsekonomiska modeller och företagsekonomisk teoribildning
- diskutera aktuella frågor inom redovisningsområdet
- kritiskt analysera ekonomiska förhållanden och utvecklingstendenser
- självständigt planera och genomföra ett vetenskapligt arbete
Content
Kursen består av tre delar.
Koncernredovisning, 7.5 hp
I delkursen behandlas utformningen av årsredovisningen i olika företagsformer, från enskilda bolag till koncerner. I anslutning till detta behandlas de externa krav i form av lagar, rekommendationer, anvisningar samt god redovisningssed som styr årsredovisningen. I denna del belyses också problem och metoder i anslutning till internationella transaktioner.
Redovisningsteori, 7.5 hp
Delkursen tar sin utgångspunkt i hur olika teoretiska synsätt samt legala och kontextuella förhållanden påverkar redovisningens och företagsbeskattningens reglering och utformning, framför allt nationellt men även internationellt. Kursen behandlar mät-, värderings- och rapporteringsfrågor i enskilda företag, organisationer och koncerner, såväl privaträttsliga som offentliga.
Kandidatuppsatsarbete, 15 hp
Sista delen består av kandidatuppsats som omfattar självständigt arbete med att identifiera och behandla ett företagsekonomiskt problem i redovisning, att planera och genomföra en studie samt att skriva en uppsats i par. I kursen ingår också att presentera och försvara den egna uppsatsen samt att opponera och delta vid handledning och seminarier.
