About the course
Aim
Efter avslutad kurs ska den studerande kunna:
- redogöra för grundläggande begrepp och modeller inom strategi och styrning
- beskriva och förklara hur strategi och styrning kan utformas och användas för att bidra till skapandet av konkurrenskraft
- med ett kritiskt förhållningssätt, och genom tillämpandet av befintliga teorier, analysera och föreslå hur strategier och styrsystem bör utformas och användas i en organisation
- beskriva och förklara hur hållbarhet kan påverka utformning och användning av strategier och styrning
Content
I kursen fokuseras på hur strategier och styrsystem samverkar i skapandet av konkurrensfördelar. I kursen behandlas dels hur strategier anpassas till varandra, dels hur olika former av styrning kan stödja implementeringen av strategier.
