About the course
Aim
Efter avslutad kurs ska den studerande kunna
- använda kunskaper om grundläggande företagsekonomiska begrepp och modeller,
- använda kunskaper om hur organisationers verksamhet organiseras,
- självständigt identifiera, strukturera, analysera och kommunicera företagsekonomiska frågeställningar som är nödvändiga för fortsatta studier och/eller arbetsuppgifter,
- visa en kritisk och reflekterande attityd till vad som har lästs och upplevts under delkurserna.
Content
Delkursen är en introduktion till olika organisationsteoretiska perspektiv som har bidragit till att öka förståelsen av organiserad effektiv verksamhet. Vidare behandlas organisationsfenomen som grupprocesser och ledarskap. Avsikten är att ge grundläggande färdigheter i att analysera, förstå och dra slutsatser om verkligt organiserande.
