About the course
Aim
Efter avslutad kurs ska den studerande på en avancerad nivå kunna:
- med ett vetenskapligt förhållningssätt behandla problemställningar inom det företagsekonomiska området
- identifiera ett problem, utforma och genomföra en undersökning kring detta, analysera och avrapportera resultatet där såväl ett empiriskt som ett teoretiskt bidrag framgår tydligt
- visa prov på fördjupad metodmedvetenhet och teorinärhet
- redogöra för och skriva en vetenskaplig text
- kritiskt reflektera över en akademisk text med vetenskapligt innehåll
- på ett konsistent och logiskt sätt utveckla en akademisk argumentation kring ett givet tema
Content
Den studerande skall i grupp om två personer välja, avgränsa och behandla ett uppsatsämne inom ämnesområdet. Som stöd för uppsatsarbetet ges en seminarieserie som omfattar dels ett antal arbetsseminarier − varvid de pågående uppsatsarbetena presenteras och diskuteras − och dels ett antal teori- och metodseminarier av mer allmän vetenskaplig karaktär.
