About the course
Aim
Efter avslutad kurs ska den studerande kunna:
- använda det engelska språket på ett ämnesrelevant professionellt och vetenskapligt sätt
- redogöra för grundläggande associationsrättsliga principer och terminologi i en anglosaxisk kontext
- beskriva och tolka ett företags ekonomiska och finansiella information i en anglosaxisk kontext
- diskutera skillnader och likheter inom redovisning och associationsrätt i relation till europeiska och svenska förhållanden
Content
I kursen behandlas associationsrättsliga förhållanden i ett anglosaxiskt system i jämförelse med europeisk och svensk kontext. På motsvarande sätt behandlas i kursen även ett företags ekonomiska och finansiella rapporter. Dokument och material med i huvudsak ekonomiskt och associationsrättsligt innehåll studeras och används för träning i att uttrycka sig korrekt och på ett situationsanpassat sätt i tal och skrift på engelska. I kursen tillämpas finansiell analys av olika typer av organisationer.
