About the course
Aim
The course should provide knowledge in the field of building and urban planning. The students will be able to cooperate with planners in urban planning, detail planning, building planning and landscape planning. The preparation of documents linked to the process is also included.
After completing the course, the student will be able to:
- identify the elements needed to create documents for building permit application
- report the rules that govern building planning
- use drawing rules and drawing software
- apply basic drawing rules for the construction area
Content
The historical development of the municipality and the city, organizational and physical structure, planning conditions, environmental conditions, legislation, municipal plans, architectural history, theory of harmony, measuring houses, drawing up houses, analysis and program writing for a development area, building standards and building permit management, design of drawings for architects and using BIM software.
