About the course
Aim
Efter avslutad kurs skall den studerande kunna - med hjälp av forskning kritiskt granska och analysera kvalitativa såväl som kvantitativa metoder för utvärdering av skola - med hjälp av forskning kritiskt granska och analysera nationella och internationella modeller för utveckling av skola - självständigt planera och utforma ett utvärderingsprojekt med relevans för årskurs 7-9 - reflektera över konsekvenserna av egna och andras utvärderingar av skolan och dra slutsatser för verksamheten i skolan och för den egna professionen
Content
Kursen omfattar tre områden: utveckling av skola och vuxenutbildning, utvärdering och metod. I kursen fördjupas kvalitativa och kvantitativa datainsamlingsmetoder med relevans för skolutvärdering och skolutveckling. Såväl nationella som internationella modeller för skolutveckling samt utvärdering behandlas. Utvärdering behandlas på både mikro- och makronivå: egen processutvärdering, praktisk utvärdering och utvärderingsforskning.
